Arbitration is a procedure by which an impartial third party, called an Elder mediator New Jersey, assists communiqué between parties in disagreement. In arbitration, the parties discuss the resolution themselves and know what the consequence will be, reducing the threat of a jury or other decision-maker arbitrarily and chaotically deciding the case.
