Unlike the other PPS filled products, Techtron PPS is mainly manufactured to close the tolerances. It is perfect for structural applications in corrosive environments. Techtron PPS‘s color is off white.

Techtron PPS component is mainly used in semi conductor wafer CMP clamp rings, chemical pumps and theme-park coaster wheel bushings.
The minimum moisture absorption and very low linear thermal expansion’s coefficient, combined with DSM-EPP’s proprietary pressure relieving process, make these PPS products perfectly right for precise tolerance machined components.
