Requirements for Application of Post-Study Work Visa

Those international students who successfully complete their studies, now able to apply for getting 2 years work visa and there is no need of sponsorship from British employer. So many international students able to work in UK for a period of 2 years and UK government called these persons as Post-Study Workers, and this category comes under Tier 1. Requirements for apply to Post-Study Work visa is:

The applicant must complete one of the following HND from Scottish institution, get Bachelor or Postgraduate degree from UK based government institution.

The institution at which applicant complete his studies must come under recognized bodies or listed bodies. The applicants must apply for this visa within 1 year of completion of their studies.

The 10 extra points will awarded to the applicant if the applicant shows proof on his English language skills. For showing English language skills applicant may take IELTS test and shows the result of that test to the immigration department.

If you are applying from outside UK, then you must provide proof that you have 2800$ in your bank account within last 3 months and after getting that visa people will able to do well in careers UK.
